Finally Friday Forum - Part 10

A very happy Audrey Hepburn's birthday everyone.  I find myself several times a year googling Ms. Hepburn and reading about her extraordinary life.  She was such a fascinating woman.  Not only did she receive an Oscar, an Emmy, a Grammy and a Tony, Audrey served as Goodwill Ambassador for United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) from 1988 until her untimely death in January 1993.  She received the Presidential Medal of Honor for her work in Africa and she also spoke six languages.  I guess you could say she made the most of her time here on earth.  Truly a remarkable and inspiring woman.

We are gearing up for yet another fast-paced weekend.  We have a couple of soccer games on Saturday and then it's time for Sir T's official birthday party.  We are taking him and 3 of his BFFs to Medieval Times.  We took the family there last year (blogged about it here) and had such a great time.  If you have a Medieval Times in your area, you should go.  It's a tad on the expensive side but it's an exciting show.

We have a soccer game for Sir T on Sunday and then I have got to get caught up on laundry, meal planning and CLEANING.  I've been slacking a bit lately and it's really starting to show. 

We are supposed to have great weather this weekend and Prince Willy has already set the DVR for the Kentucky Derby while we are at Medieval Times.  All our ducks seem to be in a row.   On a side note, I am loving my new Keurig coffee maker.  Now I understand why everyone is talking about these machines on Facebook.  My favorite so far is Wolfgang Puck's Breakfast in Bed.

I was always a fan of Audrey Heburn too. She was such a classy lady and beautiful even in old age. We have never been to Medieval Times but have thought about going some time. We have one about 45 mins away from us. I have an 11 yr old son that would probably really enjoy it. Hope your weekend has been good so far and you were able to get caught up on those chores. I have been doing alot of that too.
