Who Lives Like This?

While running errands last week, we stumbled across an open house in our area and well you know what that means.  We had to stop and take a peek.

This house is right down the street from my office.  It's in a great location (close to Tysons Corner and minutes from DC).  The only drawback that I can see is that it's a little TOO close to the Toll Road.  It backs right up to it.  The good news is there are trees that block the hideous traffic walls that shield you from the Toll Road traffic noise.  This house is on the market right now for $994,900.  It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 partial bath and 3,880 square feet  of living space.  Let's take a look:

Definitely love the look of this house.  I might cut the trees down to
showcase the house more.  It's right at the end of a cul-de-sac
and the neighborhood has sidewalks too.  Love that!!!

Love the entry way.  So spacious and open

Kitchen is a good size.
Look at those floors

Love the view into the family room.

Love the hardwoods throughout

Love the tray ceiling in the dining room

Oh the openness.   Look at that fireplace and the windows

I love the look of tray ceilings.

No bling but definitely big and functional

The bedrooms were all very good size

Love the windows

Again with the nice sized rooms

Maybe a little updating is necessary or a
popping paint color

Look at the basement.  Love the flooring

I wonder if the big screen comes with the house

Look at this incredible backyard.  You can't even see the
traffic wall behind the trees

I love everything about this house and I didn't hear any noise or see the traffic walls because of the trees.  Bonus.   Hope you enjoyed the tour.

Wow...I've just built a custom 3350 s.f. home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, on 3/4 acre lot for under $300K...have a walk thru shower with 2 shower heads, granite throughout, hand-scraped hardwood throughout....near Memphis.....shocking the differences in regions. Pretty house photos!
