Hey everyone. Hope your week is shaping up nice. We (and by "we" I mean "me") are slowly recovering from Spring Break. We had a quick trip to Lake Anna for a few days with friends. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT GETAWAY. I'm still dreaming of that outdoor area.
I miss you!!!!
We got back just in time to have my sister Pippa and her family join us for Easter. On Saturday we all took a trip to Mount Vernon. It hit me when we arrived that I hadn't been to Mount Vernon since I was about 10 years old. Can you believe that? I can't. We had a blast. Again the weather was perfect, the kids got along great and we even learned a thing or two. Did you know that George Washington was 6'2"? I didn't know that.
On Sunday, Pippa and her family headed to the National Zoo which our family had just done so we siezed the opportunity to hit Frying Pan Park. Again with the gorgeous weather and fabulous time. Willy loved that it was free too.
We finished out with a wonderful Easter dinner with Willy's parents. Another perfect time together (bonus that my sister and her family could join us)!!

We are recovering from Spring break here too. We didn't really go away though like you did. It's just nice to have a quiet house again! ha! Btw, I had to read about you because your blog post and name was starting to sound like a very famous couple from across the pond! Ha! Thanks for stopping by and visiting me too.
